The Buffet on April 30, 2012 has been cancelled
as the students will be attending the Western Region Food Show in Seattle. We apologize for not confirming your reservations for the buffets on April 4 and 5. We are on spring break presently. All reservations will be confirmed when school begins again on April 2, 2012. Thank you and see you soon.
The Percival Newsletter is available for your consideration under the "MORE" tab at the top right of page. The Percival Dining Room will be open April 4,2012 with a buffet. Foods featured in spring quarter menus are from regional North and South American cuisines. We hope you can join us.
The Percival Dining Room has gone LOCAL offering BATDORF & BRONSON coffee and tea. We now offer the Dancing Goats Blend of coffee and Batdorf & Bronson assorted speciality teas. We are pleased to use a quality local product for your pleasure. ALSO -- by request, we have added an additional buffet on February 27. Short notice, Great FOOD. See you soon, Chef Bill I would like to THANK those of you who attended the Buffets on February 14th and 15th. The variety of foods and their bold flavors were exceptional. I hope you had as much fun enjoying them as the students had in preparing them.
The buffet on March 13, 2012 is SOLD OUT-- Thank You for your patronage. The students will be offering their new menu starting on Monday- 30 Jan.2012.
